Tips on substituting popular non healthy ingredients, for healthy ones. :)
Joseph's Sugar Free Maple syrup for Brown sugar.
*For every 1 cup of Brown sugar is 3/4 cup of JSFMS. Reduce 1/4 cup in all recipes.
Whole Wheat Flour - All purpose or pastry.
*Is replaced exactly the same measurements for any flour.
Milk- Non dairy chose is always best.
*Can be replaced the same. Go for the unsweetened organic types whenever possible.
