HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY YA'LL!
So this is my last post and I'm out. Well until after the weekend I'm sure. This girls gotta work! I am so excited to share this very healthy and veryyyyyyy yummy dessert with you all. It's also, pretty quick. And even if you don't have exact nuts, you can get creative with what you have. By the way in case your wondering- I got these very cute sticks at Michaels Craft store. And they are straws, that I cut in half :) So if you need some last minute help- check there or target for these cute little striped straws and just cut in half and stick them in whatever dessert your making. Heres the recipe! Have a beautiful V*Day! You are LOVED! <3 3/4 cup almonds 1/8 cup cashews 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup pitted dates 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder -Heavy Dash of cinnamon -1/2 tsp salt -1 tsp chia seeds Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend for about 30 secs. Add in 4 tbsp water. Blend again. -Once mixture starts turning into one big clump, your ready. You want is somewhat dry- but still mushed together. So when your rolling them in ball shapes, they stay that way! Adjust to your own liking. I rolled some in shredded coconut :) xo xo xo
