BBQ Chicken Snack Wrap w/ Ranch Coleslaw ️Chicken: -Wet:
-Dry
Add chicken to flour mixture and toss until coated. Toss in the wet mixture until coated. Let excess drop off and add back to the flour. Spray completely with coconut oil. Air fry at 400 for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through. *Or until cooked. Let cool for a few minutes then toss with some bbq sauce. Ranch coleslaw:
Roughly chop some of the kale and arugula. Add in equal parts shredded cabbage and carrots. Add in 1 tbsp of the ranch, toss to coat. Add in more ranch depending on preference. ️Bbq sauce:

In a small bowl stir all of that together really well. Add in water or milk to thin out if desired. *Adjust spices to your liking. ️To make the wrap: Place some pepper Jack cheese, BBQ chicken and coleslaw in a slightly warmed up flour tortilla and roll up tightly. Enjoy!

On the plate we got: rice, puréed black beans w/ some queso fresco, kale massaged w/ my creamy cilantro sauce, tomatoes, cabbage, grilled chicken with more of the cilantro sauce spots were hit
