- 1 1/2 avocados diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 of a small red onion chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 serrano pepper chopped finely
- *Pink salt to taste
- *juice of half of a lime
- Put everything in a bowl and stir. I like to have chunky guacamole, but some people like it mushy. You can smash your avocados or you can dice them like I do and lightly stir it so that the avocados get a little mushed but stay chunky. Or just strait up smash them in with everything and you'll have that smashed guacamole. Either way. I promise you, it will taste SO GOOD.
