This is one of my favorite things to make and also one of my favorite things to eat! :)
It’s so easy to make and SO good. All ya need is these simple ingredients listed below and you have yourself a delicious little appetizer or snack! The amount of cheese and tomatoes you will need will depend on how much you’d like to add. So measure that with your heart. I hope y’all enjoy these and tag me @thedailykale if you make them!
*By the way!* If you are vegan you can totally enjoy these too! Just sub the fresh mozzarella for a vegan alternative- I have used the brand Miyoko's in the past and really enjoyed it!
