Buffalo Cauliflower Tater Tots with ranch (of course!)
Y’all already know my hard core love for ranch. I’ll continue to shout my love for it from the rooftops until you all are fans !
But back to the tots- were talking only cauliflower, almond flour, buffalo sauce, scallions and spices. Yup thats it. And Jose gave it the ‘these are bomb’ stamp of approval. Ya gotta try!

Buffalo Cauliflower Tater Tots
Recipe by The Daily Kale
1 head of cauliflower (medium sized)
2 flax egg (or 1 regular egg)
4 tbsp of Buffalo Sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of Paprika + parsley + garlic powder
Pinch of Buffalo seasoning (optional)
6 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp avocado oil mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp @flavorgod ranch seasoning
1 tbsp dill
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
pinch of: onion powder, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder
In a small bowl stir all of that together really well. And then it’s done! So easy. Store in a tight lid jar for up to 5 days. enjoy
TDK Vegan Ranch:
1 cup cashews
4-6 tbsp water or almond milk (unsweetened)
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dried or fresh dill
Pinch of onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Pinch of black pepper
Salt to taste
Blend together until smooth and creamy. Add more water or milk to thin it out for your desired consistency. Just be sure to add it in slowly- and one at a time, it can change quickly! Enjoy!
