I've been reading so much lately about your feelings, and the way we communicate with people could potentially effect our health in a very awful way. As in leaving awful thoughts, feelings in your mind, and ignoring them, could turn into a tumor. Etc. Obviously this isn't totally proven medically, but doesn't mean I don't believe it's a possibility. How is stress the number one reason for heart attacks? I gotta say, I'm not the most laid back person.
And thats fine. I'd love to be more relaxed yes. But I drink coffee :) And don't plan on stopping anytime soon, hehe. I just ate a donut by the way and am totally wired, and now crashing. It's okay to indulge sometimes! -Anyway. The point is. about the situation, or ANY situation in your life. It's not about just saying, oh just think about it. Ignore the thought, no. Not what I'm saying. You have to talk about it, write it out. And then work on it. I have kept thoughts in my head and never let them out. Never let tears out. Cause I was mad, etc. You have to let it all OUT. let it all GO. If something isn't serving you anymore then BE DONE WITH IT. It could be anythinggggg. Soda, fast food, drugs, a negative friend, a negative work environment, etc. And no I'm not crazy. I truly believe you can change anything. Even if it may seem hard to think possible at the moment. DO not go a minute longer in a sour environment. It's not fair to you. YOU deserve more. You deserve to feel the breeze. Enjoy the music, and laugh, and love. You deserve all of that. And you can totally get that, once you let go of all that negative bs that isn't serving you.
LET IT GO, LET IT GOOOOOOO. (You know I had to do that. haha)
