KE•TO GRA•NOL•A yup. That’s right.. I made a thing. And it worked. Recipe below. I love granola. Love. But it’s really hard to find one with out grains- even my own personal previous recipe I used to love making had dates and oats in it. Please refer to that recipe on my site, if you are ok with those ingredients, cause I did love that one!
But since I’m following a more low sugar/ lower carb diet now... *for those of you asking I am trying to heal my own PCOS. I haven’t been following this for a long enough time to share my own opinion yet on if I think it’s helping. Anywayyyyy I’m excited about this recipe because I genuinely can’t believe it worked. 1 cup almonds
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
3/4 cup @edwardandsons coconut chips
3 tbsp. @lakantosweetener golden
4 tbsp. almond or peanut butter
1/3 cup water
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon and nutmeg* optional
