This is gonna be a short & sweet post.
So basically. this is very very simple. And No Oil needed. No oil necessary.
-I usually make these 'buffalo style'. But tonight I decided to keep it even more simple.
1 head of cauliflower.
Cut up a head of cauliflower, so you only have the florets.
Toss the florets in veggie broth, to where their all coated.
Then roast for about 15 minutes at 400.
Take them out and toss with any seasonings you'd like. I seasoned mine with above
ingredients. So good. Then place back in over for another 10-15 minutes. Until there nice and crispy.
Goes with any type of dip really, ketchup, 'nacho cheeze', buffalo sauce. You decide. Just enjoy! :)
